How VendorReach works for pros
We don't sell leads. Every job we send you is a real customer who has already booked a day and time for the visit.
How a job works
- 1You get an offer email
When a customer in your area books your trade, we email the job to you and the other approved pros nearby. It shows the trade, the problem, the ZIP code, the day and the arrival window.
- 2First pro to claim it gets the job
Tap Accept. The first pro to accept gets the job, and everyone else is told it's taken. You then see the customer's name, address and phone number.
- 3You do the visit
Show up in the booked window, look at the problem and figure out the fix.
- 4You give an estimate
Give the customer a written estimate before you start any repair, and get their OK before going over it.
- 5The customer pays you directly
You bill the customer for the repair and they pay you directly by card, Zelle or Venmo. VendorReach takes no cut of your repair.
What it costs you
You pay nothing to join and nothing per job. VendorReach takes no cut of your repair.
Your warranty
You stand behind your work with a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. If something you fixed fails within 30 days, you come back and make it right.
What you need before your first job
- A trade license for every trade you take, where your state requires one. If yours doesn't, tell us why and we'll check.
- A current certificate of insurance that lists VendorReach as an additional insured. Ask your insurance agent for an additional insured endorsement.
- Both are checked before you get any jobs. Jobs pause if either one expires.
Who does what
VendorReach is a matchmaker. We connect customers with independent local pros. You're the contractor: you do the work, you set your repair price, and you own the repair and the warranty.
