What VendorReach does

VendorReach is a referral service. We help you find and connect with independent local service companies. We do not perform repairs or other services, and we are not a contractor.

No charge to you

Using VendorReach to get connected is free. Participating companies pay us for referrals.

Your agreement is with the company

The price, schedule, warranty and the work itself are between you and the company you choose. VendorReach does not verify licenses or insurance and does not guarantee any company's work, availability or pricing. Ask the company about fees, licensing and warranty, and check licenses where your state requires them, before you book.

Brand names

Manufacturer and brand names on this site are used only to describe the products a company may service. VendorReach is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

Calls and texts

When you call or send a request, you agree that VendorReach and the company that takes your request may contact you about it by phone or text. Calls may be recorded. See our Privacy Notice.

Complaints

Tell us at support@getvendorreach.com or 1-844-31-HOME-5 (844) 314-6635. We will pass it to the company and may stop referring to companies that do not meet our standards.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VendorReach is not liable for work done by independent companies. These terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island.
